This is quite late since it was posted for me, but as far as I'm personally aware, I apparently have some heart things happening. This is due to seed oils, but I get that nonsense out for the most part (I still have some Cashews with peanut oil on them, but I'm nor sure if peanut oil is a seed oil), which in turn has been known to cause abnormal clots in the heart due to the omaga-6 fatty acids and PUFAs. Other issues are attributed to the O6 and PUFA stuff as well too, not just heart things.
I did some research on that, and apparently, there was suspicion on my end that I had a risk of some heart issue (likely not a myocardio infaction [heart attack], but I was treating as if I was at risk) that turned out to be rare, but probable. Specifically, seed oils can, and have been known to, cause some form of visceral fat to form around the heart. On top of that, since these were tortilla chips made with corn, either canola and/or sunflower oil (sunflower oil is high in linoleic acid), that wouldn't treat my heart too well.
Years ago, I went to have it checked to see if there was an issue with it due to pain when I laughed, and there was nothing. Boy was it wrong, though no traumatic heart events since then. It could be just solar activity (which is a factor), though otherwise, that's just something odd to me. It still is, and I do think I have some form of risk of a traumatic heart event, just unlikely with the way I eat.
