Wait. CA allows the Castle Doctrine?

A quick search shows it does. I'll be damned.

I only have lucid dreams when sleeping on cocaine.

edit: i used to pinch myself to make sure i was dreaming. if the pinch didn't hurt I would have fun in my dreams

Making you sober is not the only thing it does.

Agree. The Biden Administration (Harris too) could have codified many protections against what Trump said he would do and the things in Project 2025.

They.Did.Nothing.

I believe Hogg would quit rather be neutered.

Just recalled I punched a wall in my later teens. No damage to me. I put a poster over the hole and it was not discovered till I went away to college.

Knew a girl in college that punched the post holding up the elevated subway in NYC. She needed a cast.

OOOPS. Just noticed it was a link.

I posted this because I've read many horror stories about using gig-work apps.

One example is someone in the SF Bay Area that used an to find a verified dog sitter while traveling. All seemed fine until the dog was returned. It was a DIFFERENT dog.

Another example is apps like UBER/LYFT to get a ride. I now hear ads on the radio from lawyers looking to represent those that have been harassed, molested, or raped.

I would trust my child with anyone found from an app.

Most US citizens do not have a passport and I'm sure a large number have lost their birth certificate.

Title is misleading. Suspect was first detected driving a stolen vehicle by AI powered license plate readers. The rest was normal police tracking.
