Honestly, if it’s anything messing with foundation or the structural integrity of the house, I would get a hold of a professional as soon as possible. There’s a lot of factors that play that the DIY forums or posts aren’t going to be able to adequately address.
How else do you expect them to pay for something that’s not driven by ads or selling the day-to-day to AI?
