Yeah smoked it a couple of times. Wasn't as good as expected. We were all quite in to party drugs, ie ecstasy, speed, coke, acid etc. The buzz on crack wasn't a patch on a good trip!

How did you guess?

Look you've been shot down so many times by so many people, but 'they're all wrong and I'm right' is your take away?

I'm beginning to think troll rather than misguided.

I'll say it loud so those at the back can hear too:

YOU CAN'T FIGHT RACISM WITH MORE RACISM!

It really is quite simple.

Blocking you seems like the best idea in this thread so far.

Absolutely we all have blind spots, I just think OP's blind spot is addressing 'white people' like none of us live with, and around many cultures, not just races.

If someone were to address my local Polish or Bangladeshi or Muslim or whatever community the same way OP is addressing 'white people' in this post I would call it borderline racist and in fact it would fit in OP's original 'don't do' list.

I appreciate it probably comes from good intentions, but generalizing how entire groups of people should change to suit another group of people is a slippery slope.

As someone interviewed on TV asked; Are these more adverts rather than artworks?

[–] [email protected] 5 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago) (7 children)

No, but the things they are saying, maybe inadvertently, are starting to seem that way.

Swap 'black' and 'white' in their do not do list. Does it sound racist now?

[–] [email protected] 8 points 8 months ago (11 children)

As you say, all racism isn't obvious. A quick look at their post history shows 7 or 8 race related posts recently.

Repeatedly stating white people should do or not do specific things.

This seems to me like the definition of racism at it's roots.

Yep they were from a multi-colour pack. Glad it's not just me then!

Might try to find just purples next year.

There's currently only 1 user that I've noticed that keeps bringing race up.

[–] [email protected] 6 points 8 months ago (1 children)

That's awesome!

How long did it take?

[–] [email protected] 7 points 8 months ago

Seems a little too interested in certain subjects, gets banned from multiple places on multiple instances for trolling, has multiple people explain this to them, still asks the same question repeatedly.

Looks like they are trying to make a 'name' for themselves. Goal achieved, probably not quite as intended unfortunately.

Just another addition to the blocked list I suppose.

I saw Matt Lowne use chat GPT to create a KSP mission and I thought it was a good idea. So I tried it myself!

I also wanted a custom flag, but I'm more engineer than artist, so I had AI create that for me too!

I asked for a multi part mission, that used multiple craft and multiple launches and was medium to hard in complexity.

  • Launch a mission to the Mun.

  • Scan for resources from orbit.

  • Land a scanning rover to determine a good site for a mining operation.

  • Put down crew for the new mining operation.

  • Mine ore and convert to fuel.

Here's the main launch with the scanning probe, rover, lander and ISRU craft.

Deploying the M700 probe with enough Δv to reach a polar orbit.

The scanning and science rover posing with it's sky crane.

Sending up the crew to rendezvous with the landing craft.

The landing crew with their custom flag planted! (shame they didn't land closer to the colony, but the rover can taxi them over!)

Thanks to the brilliant people making the mods for it!

Maybe it's just the long wait......

This design has 2 extendable docking ports:

One to allow easy docking for the landing craft and for refueling.

image

And another for SSTO docking for crew access.

mage

I might have gone a bit overboard with this one!

After a successful Duna expedition I realized that without the lander the command ship had enough Δv for a brief visit to Ike to gather more of that sweet, sweet orbital science!

Thanks to a helpful gravity assist from the Mun, the crew made it back to Kerbn with a whopping 9 Δv left. If they didn't get enough aerobraking on the first pass it would have been next stop; deep space...

On it's way to a 100km parking orbit to await the lander craft to join it later.

It'll be carrying 3 Kerbals, a science lab and an array of science experiments to conduct along the way.

Next stop: Duna!

Nothing special, just a basic station with a fuel module and a couple of tugs docked.
