I’m usually 25 and round up. Probably closer to 30.

I named my gerbil Smith because it’s my mother’s maiden name. Let me introduce you to my rabbit, 329-06-2789. I named him that so I wouldn’t forget my social security number.

I found Pliny frozen in my garage at like maybe 2 weeks old. (Door had blown open somehow) Thought he was dead until he moved his eye right as I was tossing him in a trash can. Had to bottle feed him and he was super sick, so I didn’t think he’d make it. Didn’t name him, just called him Tiny. Once he recovered and it was clear that he owned me, I started calling him Pliny because it sounded kind of like Tiny and was a beer that I really enjoyed at the time. He’s still super small 12 years later, so I think he was left behind because he was the runt. Or being frozen stunted his growth.

Taco Bob is named Taco Bob because we were drunk.

Just a thought but if it’s like this, it’s some anime porn thing that people do now. It’s not gender or sexual orientation specific though. I think they usually cross their eyes as well.

I’m too old to understand it. Or to be cool anymore.

I pretty much did the same when my dad kept trying to push his politics on me during the last trump presidency. It sucks, but at the end of the day I’m a happier person. Hope they get their shit figured out.

Hope you find the same.

Likewise. I think I’ll toss in a little extra, just to be sure.

Agreed on all points, and I’m absolutely not surprised.

A stick.

So, I get that someone is trying to populate this community with posts using the lemmit.online bot. And that the vast majority of us are coming from Reddit. And that AITA is a staple community that we’re used to seeing in our feeds.

However, it seems like that just copying content into an otherwise empty community is just feeding a sterile wasteland. There is almost no engagement on the copied posts, and worse: I think it will smother any actual new content that gets posted in this wasteland of copied content. (I stand corrected, after trying to post this there I found out that only mods have priveleges to post. It’s worse than I thought, and I’ll probably just block it from my feed if it’s only a Reddit echo chamber)

What do you think, AITA?
