you act like violent rhetoric is not a staple of right wing tactics. if the left does it the right does it at the very least just as much but I would bet money it's much more.

are you conveniently forgetting the Minnesota shooter who impersonated a cop and had a whole political hit list? the far right is not innocent of violent rhetoric.

since i don't hear about violent rhetoric nearly as much on the left i went to do some good-faith research. here's the best article i could find on violent rhetoric by political ideology: https://www.journalofdemocracy.org/articles/the-rise-of-political-violence-in-the-united-states/

violent rhetoric of the left?

as far as Ive seen the left mostly talks about taxing the wealthy and universal health care while the right focuses on removing women's, trans rights and jailing immigrants.

let's not forget that Kyle Rittenhouse was openly celebrated at a Republican convention essentially for killing a black protester.

do you have examples of this violent rhetoric?

don't call it a warrant then, call it proof that these people are aliens because it doesn't appear they actually have this either. and without that then they are violating a different law.

serious question: aren't deportations better than concentration camps?

I'm with you as much as I know how. I love plenty about Canada but I also don't pretend that we have a clean conscience with our history and don't generally feel like we should blindly celebrate without acknowledging the problems. In that way and because of the convoy losers the flag has become a bit of a badge of ignorance. But as long as people are trying to be aware then there should also be a time to relax and unwind.

my point has nothing to do with her ridiculous responses. you said the meme was plain, as if it makes sense or is easy to understand. as a meme it is crap and does not. the mom was daft but it's not like the meme actually makes any sense.

lol wut? in no way do I disagree with left wing politics. I just sincerely struggled to follow the content of the writing. I can usually glean the gist and in this case I could kinda sorta get it. but it really was more of a struggle than usual.

I still don't know what you're suggesting. are purple aliens known to take chargers unnecessarily? I get that her responses are strange (possibly fake) but my point is that the meme sucks and doesn't make sense on its own to a lot of people, myself included. this scene in this movie franchise is not well understood enough to connect to the situation.

it would work if the average American wasn't such a weak minded ignoramus incapable of seeing the greater good, voting for their self interests or remembering further than the last month of their pathetic existence.

haha you're going to double down? like, I'm really trying to get through that first sentence and it's total gore. at the very least there's some missing punctuation but even when I try to put pauses in places where there should be commas it's just a pile of lost plot. I've tried like 10 times and I don't know why.

yes, we can deduce that someone is doing something and that is being compared to taking a phone charger when it isn't needed. but a solid meme references an image that has a humorous and well understood comparison to the topic. this just appears to be a guy using a robot arm device. I don't know how that comically references someone taking something that they don't need when they already have enough. does it?
