A similar system has been there to prevent Nazism rise. Sadly, AfD and other right wing parties found a loophole a decade ago.
Idiots in my company have started selling AI-generated predictions to government agencies. They admit they have no idea what the AI does.

Pretty much Qt. You can learn how different OSes have different way.
However, modern GUI programming is happening on the web and mobile phones. React is popular, but it's too high level and their XML-based approach is horrifically designed. Swift UI is nice, but it's Apple-only. Flutter is a good middle ground, but its Desktop capability is limited. You're going to shoot on your own foot several times.

Everything I put in my Teams has been accessible by my company anyway, and so I use that shit accordingly.
I'm Japanese and I can tell you they have no idea. The comic just makes no sense to me because of that. Most can't even tell the difference between the two parties. They can't even tell the difference between political left and right.

I paid like $70 for FF 7 remake pack (two titles) on Steam. Even then I felt like they could optimize the graphics algorithm a tiny bit (I don't want them to swap the texture frequently to a poorer resolution one just because the GPUs from 7 years ago (on PlayStation?) had less VRAM.
