That's a nice upgrade! Haven't seen the need to go past 16GB on my laptop or 32GB on my desktop. Although I don't really do anything that demanding any more.

No worries!
I'm always on the look out for recommendations too, I usually download them into Calibre to wait for me to get around to reading them.
It's definitely been colder this week, though metservice is saying it'll be a bit warmer again next week here in Hamilton.
Of course it's Winston Peters. Someone needs to get that dinosaur out of politics.
I know Hipkins isn't a super popular Labour leader, but at least he's trying to be in touch with the general public and not a complete moron.
New Zealand opposition leader Chris Hipkins told Stuff news that the gender bill was “typical populist politics” and that at a time when New Zealanders are struggling with the cost of living, job losses and a health system in crisis, this was not a priority.
I don't think we have much to worry about seeing as each robot needed about three people running beside them just in case.
Also why did they make one of them a dwarf 😂
Oh I agree on the image handling on mobile, actually I find it annoying doing most things on mobile. I usually wait until I'm on laptop or desktop. Unless I'm just commenting, like this!

I didn't know you could transfer demerits in other countries, interesting. Someone more knowledgeable than me can probably tell us why it's not implemented here.
Unfortunately a person doesn't need to be a dickhead to be bad driver, there's a pretty long list of things you can get demerits for.
Yes, it's 100 demerits within two years and you get a suspended license for three months.
Someone did point out to me on another post that speed camera tickets get sent to the registered owner of the car, not the driver at the time, which makes sense why they don't hand out demerits for them.
Still I think it stands to reason making it slightly more painful for regular speeding tickets would at least discourage some from making it a habit, or at least change their habits once the amount starts piling up.
Thinking about it, I haven't had to change a headlight bulb in years either. The only time I can remember doing it was at least 10+ years ago.
The one time I stopped at a mechanic to get it done on the way home, they basically did it for $15 and it took literally 5 minutes in the parking lot.
Nothing. They're probably trying to make the upcoming budget look better.
This government is trying really hard to be the first single term government in a very long time. I'll be very disappointed if kiwis don't oblige them.
