Nothing related to the library. I love Jesus. I'm Catholic. I'm a little silly. Also my GitHub profile picture is Jesus.

The stack is overall amazing, but not perfect. Waiting for the Rust code to compile is sometimes very annoying, but I wouldn't want to use a different language. And we had to implement somewhat complicated things that existing Rust libraries did not do. For example, I made the "i_love_jesus" library so Lemmy could have cursor pagination that uses indexes well and allows bringing back the "back" button, we have a few custom QueryFragment impls because of diesel's limitations, and we have a custom migration runner to do fancy stuff (see crates/db_schema/src/schema_setup.rs).
Yeah you are putting way too much expectations when meeting new girls.
What expectations?
Have you ever heard of once you are in a relationship suddenly everyone is interested in you, well the reason is you are basically interacting with people without having expectations or seeming desperate. Find your passions, a relationship will find people who are happy with themselves and willing to let a potential relationship go if they feel it will not work out and do not force it to work out.
I'm not sure how this isn't off topic. My best guess is you assumed that I acted beyond what's necessary to make the other person know that I exist (edit: and that i have interest at all). The dating app doesn't provide a reliable way to do that without getting a very expensive subscription. The only reason for 2 interactions on instagram instead of 1 is I later found out that message requests don't cause a notification.
Usually that is the nice thing about finding a passion, not an addiction (this can take various forms), it removes the need for a relationship to make oneself happy, gets you out of that headspace, improves yourself and shows in a partner that you have more going on. Also it will help with love bombing and suffocating the other person.
Based. I have had this mindset for a while. It works well.
What exactly are you assuming?
Edit: to be clear, your comment seems to bring up things that are not related to what I did
Walking to go to a destination is by definition liminal, especially when it's before meeting up with the other people
I was there for at least an hour this week, it feels nice

Apparently the exact phrase "peed at walgreens" can't be found anywhere else online
I looked at the file's content in another virtual console instead of pressing cancel. It recursively changes the Dropbox folder and contents to be owned by me and allow read+write+search by me.
I looked in /tmp
Thanks so much for doing your part to make Lemmy an active place. That's the main thing that sets us free.
