You need to be registered on the network to be able to PM the bots, the network supports ssl and ircv3 as far as I can see. I am able to get files via xdcc.

Coming to networks, the ones mentioned on https://xdcc-search.com/networks should be good right? Have only been to rizon and irchighway so far.
I'm using a VPN (connected to a Mexican server) and freetube seems to work for me atm.
