Science demands it!

I’m sure my daughter would want to. The problem is it’s completely unrealistic in the US. When I’m too old to care for myself, I’m going to insist on a nursing home. Hell, the LAN parties are going to be great by then.

Can’t be dragged down by that western weakness “empathy.” Haha

Good stuff. Have fun and stay safe out there!

Diapers or catheters are used by some.

At least those were investigated.

That’s exactly what I’m saying. This doesn’t equate until an investigation is performed.

Great! Hope to see you out in the protests! Are you going out on Saturday? Should be one in your state capital if you can’t make it to DC.

That’s fair. I’d like to see a real progressive platform. A liberal bias would be too close to an MSNBC clone.

Of course you’re “both sides” on this. You do understand that the Secret Service oversaw the server, and that Trump’s DoJ investigated it?

Do you also know that the NSA explicitly advised against the use of Signal for any governmental purpose, citing recent exploits by Russian hackers? Hell, Gmail even states that it reads your emails during signup. Still, Republicans are refusing an investigation.

This is not a both sides argument anymore. Get off the soapbox. Ya done.

That’s true. I think I prefer it that way. If I could choose, I’d rather Fox and Truth Social didn’t exist over adding a left-wing loyalist media platform.

That it does. Check out the acoustic videos of him in the woods/grass before the concert stuff.

Booker is killing it! I’m so proud of him. I really hope this sparks some unity in the Senate.

The filibuster is expected to go through the night, against fast-tracked nominees by the Trump Administration. Booker’s protest appears to be in response to a recent wave of Republican nominees being fast-tracked through the confirmation process, many of whom are aligned with Trump’s second-term agenda and Elon Musk’s increasingly influential role in federal advisory circles.

Paul Dans, the ousted director of Project 2025, says he’s delighted that Trump is implementing his agenda after all.

The United States was added Sunday to the CIVICUS Monitor Watchlist, a research tool that publicizes the status of freedoms and threats to civil liberties worldwide.

Tech billionaire Elon Musk agreed on March 2 with a post on X, formerly known as Twitter, for the U.S. to exit NATO and the U.N.

"I agree," he wrote in response to a post from a right-wing political commentator saying "it's time" for the U.S. to leave NATO and the U.N.

The news comes after several Republican lawmakers submitted a bill on the U.S. exit from the U.N., claiming that the organization does not align with the Trump administration's "America First" agenda.

The U.S. was among several countries, including Russia, Belarus, Israel, and Hungary, that voted against a U.N. resolution at the end of February condemning Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

Both NATO and the U.N. were founded by the U.S. and other victors of World War II to promote diplomacy and cooperation between nations as well as to prevent another global war.

Musk, an unelected official, currently heads the so-called U.S. Department of Government Efficiency, which has cut significant amounts of government spending, including life-saving foreign aid.

U.S. President Donald Trump has repeatedly criticized fellow NATO countries for their perceived lack of contributions to the military alliance and has called for a spending target of 5% of GDP for all members.

Kyiv sees NATO membership as a crucial safeguard against future Russian aggression, but Trump said in February that Ukraine "can forget" about joining the alliance, suggesting its bid was a trigger for the war—an argument echoed by Russian state propaganda.

Republicans didn’t cut social programs (yet). They did, however, obstruct the rules that would prohibit them from cutting social programs.

President Donald Trump fired Chair of the Joint Chiefs Gen. C.Q. Brown on Friday night, and said he intends to dismiss the Navy’s top admiral and the Air Force’s second in command — an unprecedented shakeup of the Pentagon’s top brass that will trigger ripple effects throughout the military.

Trump, in a Truth Social post, said he was nominating retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Dan “Razin” Caine to take Brown’s place. Caine is a partner at Shield Capital, a venture capital firm.

Trump also has claimed Caine donned a ‘MAGA’ hat during their 2018 meeting in Iraq, which is against military regulations.
