Ich würde einen günstigen USB-C Hub nehmen. Kosten meistens ähnlich viel wie einfache USB-C zu HDMI Adapter und haben dann noch ein paar extra USB Ports und man kann das Chromebook gleichzeitig laden, falls das der einzige USB-C Port ist. Ein DAC brauchst du nicht, da HDMI komplett Digital ist und der Fernseher dann das Digitale Audio Signal verarbeitet.
