I think zoning laws are necessary, but they're way too strict in some/a lot of places. Like, I don't want a loud, polluting factory next to my home, but why are there places where all you can build are single-family homes?

Argentina (Buenos Aires): for a week when I was like 7, so I don't remember it very well, but it was alright. It was the first time I'd ever felt temperatures lower than 10°C outside.
Never been to any country other than those. Traveling by plane is expensive and I don't live near the Argentinian or Uruguayan border (I'm fairly sure they can be traveled between freely since they're also in Mercosul)

I was for whatever reason walking around somewhere in Japan and linguistics books about conlanging (language creation), started raining down from the sky.
Everyone was rushing to grab one in the dream. The books were very thick and had a colorful cover, similar to the picture but with colors other than red.
I've never been to Japan, nor have I read any linguistics book or studied linguistics. I have tried conlanging once though.
