Both. The letter 'O' and the number zero look similar, and it's half the syllables making it easier when reading out a string of numbers. Like how saying "World wide web" is less syllables to pronounce than "www".

Awesome. If you want (I tried, and can't since that one is a "higher mod" than this one), you can un-mod my LW account. Since there's sometimes significant federation delay from LW, prob better to not be tempted to issue mod actions from there.

Mostly the wire services (Reuters, AP) and some reputable sources that don't try to spin things one way or another (NPR, BBC, ProPublica)
