Great band, a slow burner of an album.

I bought it when it came out on the strength of Magdalena, but gave it away after a week.

A few years later I listened to it again and thought "man this is a banger". Magdalena and Breña were just the subjective cherries on top.

Oh really? I bought it on the strength of Judith when that got released as a single and I was instantly hooked on the whole album. Hearing 3 Libras and Orestes for the first time, I felt this album would define my musical tastes.

Still today one of my favorite songs.

APC > Tool

APC > Tool

Such a stupid thing to even argue about, they're very different bands.

No one's arguing. Just expressing my opinion of which Maynard band I prefer.

For my money, it's Puscifer > Tool > APC.

Don't get me wrong, they're all great in their own forms!

As far as live shows go, it's definitely Tool, Pucifer, APC.

But I do love how Maynard bans phone use at all of his shows.
