Does Shitty Watercolour still post stuff? Are they no longer RL related?
Smiling is not just an appearance. There have been several studies that show smiling improves person's mood, even when it's artificial. It's called Facial Feedback Hypothesis. So yes, being reminded to smile, can be a genuine advice to improve one's mood. It's still not the best approach though.

Unfortunately, ICE agents are either Normal or Dark type. In case of the former, a Ghost attack would have no effect, and the latter only ½ the damage. Gotta switch back to Fighting, which is x2 in both cases.
I once had a laptop with (I think) Swedish kb (that I bought during my studies in Latvia), but it wasn't this loaded. Judging by the comments, this seems to be a mixed Scandinavian kb layout, for multiple languages.

They aren't trying to prevent regular people from using unlicensed Windows, it's mostly for corporations. As mentioned before, they are better off letting ppl use it and gather data and stuff. Keep people dependent on the OS.
