I'm picturing a Corsi-Rosenthal box with automotive radiators connected in series instead of air filters! The inlet hooked to a sink, and the outlet hooked to the drain. Heat losses would be introduced at the well's pump, and at the box fan motor. As long as nothing leaks, the only things to worry about would be the added power consumed, the added wear on the well pump, and the well water's rate of replenishment. Oh, and the condensation which may collect on the radiators. An interesting DIY idea. I wonder if anyone has already tried it.

Oh, you mean geothermal cooling. Yes, some buildings use that for heating/cooling by using vertical wells or buried horizontal loops coupled with heat pumps. It's fairly green, though can be an expensive investment up front if one needs to use vertical wells due to lack of real estate. It's still air conditioning, just coupled to underground water as a heat sink instead of outside air.

That's the issue with high wet bulb conditions: they are too hot and humid to allow for evaporative cooling to work.

It was a mystery from the perspective of the Sri Lankan rescuers, who didn't realise at the time the exact nature of the Iranian ship's fate. They knew it had been sunk, but not how. Later, the periscope footage would be released, illuminating the exact cause of the harm suffered by the Iranian sailors.

You're experiencing the other part of electromagnetism: the magnetic field. As you and your bike pass across the magnetic waves, a charge is induced on you and your bike. You're feeling what it's like to be the rotor of an electric motor, or the other side of a capacitor, or the secondary coil of a transformer!

Indirect injection for the win!

The USA and UK are both Five Eyes members and routinely share intelligence. If the USA had compromised secure apps, wouldn't the UK be privy to intelligence gathered via that method?

The USA is functionally an oligarchy, not a democracy. The groups with the most money hold untoward amounts of explicit and implicit power. Moneyed business interests own and control entire political parties, media outlets, financial institutions, etc.

It is truly terrifying to comprehend the breadth and depth of the dystopia that has roots in corporate greed. Modern pervasive surveillance technology implemented by the commercial sector worldwide makes real-time identification of dissent trivially easy. Laws may exist on paper to protect and empower citizens, but if corruption overrides accountability to those laws then functionally the government is authoritarian.

The average citizen in any oligarchy has very little influence or power over their government.
