They've been happening already

[Edit] For those that want to take action with BDS: https://www.bdsmovement.net/

There are apps you can get for android & iPhone where you can check is a product is from Israel or an Israeli company and will give latest news and updates

It was performative nonsense, as per usual of the democrats.

The only thing it did was take the record from a segregationist.

A mass movement for capitalist reformism?

That will end well.

Any artist I hear online that I like their music, if they dont have a BC page, I suggest they sort one out. What I like about them is that I can stream peoples music via the app but also download it so I actually 'own' the music. I also like buying physical releases from artists through there.

I've not sold music through there so I'm not au fait with their terms but I know its not as terrible as all the streaming sites.

Moving from YouTube Music to Spotify?

Spotify has been fucking over artists for years

Maybe they should try looking a bit closer to home with that they were rescued from bankruptcy by Russian oligarch donations and one of their favoured sons awarded a position in the House of Lords to the billionaire son of a former KGB director!

What an amazing coincidence that number matches the minerals deal that trump was offering them!

That's still an ideology

People splutter with the "but their motto is 'protect & serve'" without ever asking "who"

I was reading a good blog the other day from a guy that runs his law form entirely from a FOSS stack from home & uses 'hugo' to generate flat html files from markdown for his blog & mkdocs for static files.

Typical foodie blog with having to read about her life story before getting to the actual recipe!

$3500 per episode sounds like she was going a bit overboard & could easily refactor her costs without sacrificing quality

And you're a bigger fool for thinking they're not.

They might be stupid. They're certainly incompetent but they most definitely have an ideology.

Just found & joined Lemmy and so want to add to it by starting a community on a favourite (time & money consuming!) hobby: modular synthesis.

This is my current system although I'm currently building a Befaco Hexmix, Robaux LL8 and a Sonic Potions Penrose quantizer.

I have a new case arriving next month that's portable so once we can go outside and congregate again, I'm going to look at playing some shows (if I actually have any music and haven't just disappeared down a noise rabbit hole!)

2 years on and the system looks like this:

Another case by Case From Lake and plenty of modules that I managed to acquire through luck such as the ACL Sinfonion for £750!

I'll have to go through my ModularGrid page to update my racks there and post them
