I dont usually have a strong sense of brand loyalty, but I absolutely love Shark. We replaced our hoover commercial with a shark pet vaccuum and it has been amazing. We later got the shark pet carpet cleaner because our small bissel just fell apart one day and love that, too.

But, I think Shark is an Americam brand.

As an Americam who was subjected to the pledge in highschool, I thought the same and refused to stand for it starting in middle school. The school cant force you to do the pledge of allegiance, but they dont exactly tell students....or teachers.

Every school year id run into a teacher who took sitting during the pledge to be the same as taking a dump on the flag and send me to the front office only for them to send me right back to class because im within my rights to sit. One teacher in particular angrily "lectured" me, a 16 year old, about how her husband served over seas and me sitting is the same as telling him to get fucked more or less. By my junior year the office staff started making excuses as to why i needed to stand like "teachers check dress code during the pledge" or "they check attendance", but I continued to sit anyway since these excuses were always bullshit.

Except you're just flat out wrong. Genitals do not = chore preference. Vaginas aren't screaming out "oh please, let me stay home and clean while my husband goes to work" because its a fucking a vagina, not a personality.

Source: i'm a cis, married, vagina owner. Fuck off you mysogonistic prick.

second this. That book really helped me understand wtf happened during my childhood and gain a sense of identity I had never felt before.

The school bus only runs its route twice; once in the morning to school and once on the way back immediately after school. If you miss it, then you're on you're own.

I did after school programs in high school and I had to find my own way home. I remember frequently waiting in front of the school for nearly 2 hours after a short club meeting to be picked up by my mom because I lived 6 miles away and she worked the classic 9-5.

Edit: My home city doesnt have public transportation, so no city bus.

I don't see the issue here.

To add, if you miss the school bus in the morning you cant just walk over to another bus stop and take a different school bus, at least in the district i grew up. You're assigned a specific bus to ride before and after school and taking a different bus could mean detention to a full ban from riding the bus because it's "a privledge, not a right" according to the district.

I ran into issues every school year because my parents were separated with shared, joint, custody, but my school district couldnt grasp the idea of me living in two homes, in two completely different parts of the city, and needing two completely different bus routes. They kept insisting I could only have 1 home address, but I literally swapped homes every Friday so I lived in each 50% of the year.

Honestly, not bad. It took some time to figure out how to learn/study on my own as someone with ADD, but once I found an approach that worked for me it was smooth sailing.

Its an ai music generated playlist about an obsessive love for McNuggets. I honestly made it for the giggles.
