Most Lemmy posters think their fellow citizens are bad people, that's for sure! l have never seen as much vile hatred in the real world, as I've seen on Lemmy lately. Take a walk through some politics subs and see for yourself. You all drop words like nazi, fascist, and sockpuppet for every little thing. It's getting crazy. No wonder we aren't growing as social platform. Only extremists are sticking around.

I like people though! You don't have to hate someone just because they don't have the same beliefs as you do.

I would never use it. But if it makes all the overweight angry Lemmy posters feel better about themsevles and less nihilistic, then I am all for it. Because Lemmy is becoming a cesspool of toxicity, extremism, and anger lately.

I've worked out and ate well all my life, so it's not needed for me. I go to my yoga class every morning, so unhealthy lifestyle people just aren't around in my circle. I also live in a healthy city. But I'm definitely sus about GLP-1's exploding in popularity all of a sudden.

I hope it works out fine for everyone, but it sure doesn't seem to have much long-term testing to make me feel comfortable.
