But Octopus Energy’s director for regulation Rachel Fletcher told the Sunday National the arguments being made against zonal are “overblown”, adding the single wholesale price setup in the UK is “bonkers and broken”.

Frankly disgusting. A quarter of a million people. We only have 6m im Scotland, so one in 24 to be moved onto the breadline. I think there is a good case for this to be considered economic warfare tbh, unions should be considering a general strike
