Had a neighbour who would shout and cheer at the telly when the footie was on, as if he was actually there at the match, or at least in company. He wasn't. Watched it alone. I found the whole thing kind of sad, and annoying.

Meanwhile, my neighbours heard about 30 seconds of me shouting shit & fuck in the garden the other day, as I missed a step, broke a metatarsal and rolled my ankle.

Same, but probably Eye-ther most commonly for me. From South east.

For some reason EE-ther puts me in mind of the west country

As humans in civil society, we're kinda obligated to not do the bad things though. That's the danger with becoming rich and/or famous... I don't believe money corrupts, but reveals our darker impulses, once we feel we could get away with doing them.

I mean, with that top I can let a bit of mystery slide

Definitely this. Though annoyingly, the one CEC command I have issues with is turning the Shield off doesnt always turn the TV off too. Only works about half the time. Thankfully, the TV turns off by itself after 2 mins with no signal, but still a bit annoying

Less at the school, more to do with a handful of female students. A would-be rapist im a balaclava would lurk in the woods between the train station and the town, late in the evening. A few times he'd leap out, grab a lone student, but before he'd do anything would let out a slightly disappointed moan as he jizzed in his own pants from the excitement, then would let them go, and trot despondently back into the woods.

A few girls reported this. All said it was a horrible, terrifying experience, but anyone they told would usually laugh with relief.

Interesting how there's no explanation of WHY digital would be better than analogue, how it would tackle illegal employment or stop cash payments etc. I think they just want to be able to outsource another chunk of the state to a giant foreign conglomerate

Apparently it's not all that bad. There was just a lot of talk about how it was going to be

I'd cry if I wasn't so angry

Seems so. Though they completely deny they do it, in spite of literally everyone being able to see they are doing it, so there's something going on.

Is there a solar panel factory anywhere powered entirely by solar panels? That'd be pretty awesome

Congratulated him on day 1, I don't think said anything since

It occurred to me that, as an adult, I feel I need a reason to invite friends over. My wife thinks this is pitiful. I invited a couple of friends over for a curry and a boardgame night - it was a fine evening - but without that reason of having a shared activity, I'd never have done it.

Jusy wondered if I'm alone in this, and if there's any men out there who DO invite male friends over with no plans or expectations for the evening?

Pic unrelated.
