It's a bit of the same, it returns a lot closer to the older AC Games though. For example, a lot of the mythology aspect is removed, and the side quests are a lot closer to the older Assassination Missions. It still uses the framework from the RPG games though (though it's been heavily simplified from the tree that Valhalla had)

See, i get what you're saying, but... have you considered that mine is the best thing?
What's the difficulty level of Black Mesa? I played the OG Half Life a few years ago and struggled a bit with it
I could only read a little bit until the site cut me off asking for a subscription, but this seems great. I would still majorly prefer if it was public, but even if it's preserved somewhere the chances of it becoming lost become a lot lower
Damn, i didn't realize they closed. Aren't they the studio that made the Middle Earth games? I loved those, they were like AC met Tolkien, shame we may never get another
The world could always use more fishing games
Damn, i can't imagine playing solo. I struggle just playing with two people sometimes. Major respect to you
The game can be brutal. I think my friend who hosts backs up the save every quota just in case, we've never had to use the backup for this save yet though (we're about 4-5 quotas in i think?)
I just looked it up. It looks interesting. I've had some people recommend me REPO when talking about LC, but never Murky Divers. I'll have to pick them both up at some point
I probably could lol. At this point i only keep it for consistency. It'd bother me just lobbing that bit off after 257 days
One of my friends that i played with has been wanting me to get it. I plan too at some point but i've seen some fun things about it
It's a lot of fun. It retains a bit from the other RPG titles but fixes a lot from it too, especially with the Assassin part of it. I really hope Ubisoft takes this and actually gives it's planned sequals some time instead of just going straight to releasing another game a year or two later.
