I woke up at 3:30AM and couldn't fall back asleep until 5AM and woke back up at 6:30AM. I am all out of whack. If anyone knows where I can get some whack let me know please.

I hear people talking about being a better man. Don't try to be a better man. Be a better person. Once you take away the gender from the equation, you can remove the toxic masculinity. That's my opinion.
