I don't need a gun to protect my home. I have an axe by the back door, a few proper swords around the house (some antique navy cutlass types and a newer roman style thing I got for clearing brush in style). It's not like I've felt like I needed to use these ever. It's not like we live in the shithole lawless, uncivilized, USA. This is Canada. 90% of the time I don't even lock my door.
