I think it definitely will. The only reason they do this is for money. How will they make money off a game where it's only sold to the limited amount of people who get a switch. By allowing a low end version to be sold to switch they now have the potential to sell to 100 million people instead of the possible 2 million it sells in it's first few months.

And they are also right that it will phase out over time as the switch 2 starts to take market share but that will be years. I'm pretty sure the ps4 still has games coming out. My guess is just like the ps4/ps5 versions there will be 2 available on the cart or whenever you download from the store.

Just curious, what's a long time? I feel like I'm particularly critical of them as well, but they did have a bunch of originals throughout the 2010's. Frozen was huge, and you also had wreck-it Ralph, Moana, Zootopia, Big Hero 6, and Encanto that were all pretty good or better. The 2020's have been pretty slow, I'll give you that.

Never used it, and glad I didn't try them. I'm still behind in any home automation still but I have looked into it some, and I already know that whatever I pick, it will not be any that use cloud solutions or need to phone home. I'll host it all, and any rules to explicitly block them will be put in place. I'm tired of giving them my data, even if it is insignificant.

Not me, but my friend recently got approved for Dupixent and although he hates that he needs to even do this he says it's night and day from before. Basically lived his entire life with not being able to breath. He got surgery, and it helped for a bit, but over time it came back. He says just being able to breathe normal is worth it.

I'm so tired of reading this. When it was announced recently that he was doing this again, we all knew it was probably breaking laws. If we're not going to actually do something about it, then what's the point of even talking about it. They didn't do anything in November about it, and it was even ruled ok to do, apparently, so it's just losses all around. The only thing that could happen is he pulls a trump and doesn't pay anyone, but again, the damage is done, so who really wins?
