Yeah iirc, he boasted a bit about that and there's alot of engineers that responded to various comments about design oversights saying most of it was musks design, it was designed how he wanted it the way he wanted it, agianst the advice of engineers. They saw some these problems miles away but that car specifically was musks baby, his personal magnum opus, his personal design.

Dresses where for men, think about it, men needed free flowing garments, and "pants" where womens undergarments to keep wander eyes, hands and other things away.

Yes, however there are many people who are homeless because they are unable to "properly" function in society due to untreated mental illnesses, part of Reagan's budget cuts reduced public health funding, shuttering public mental health facilities. Granted, some had horrendous conditions which has a lasting reputation for "Insane asylums".
