Animal anus?
Seriously, I can't figure out what the intended name even is. I'm placing my money that they knew exactly what they were doing when they designed this sign. Free marketing, memorable name, and plausible deniability.
"hey bill, you know the dumbass store where the name makes no sense?" isn't the kind of publicity and marketing they were going for...
TBH, A pet shop named 'Animal Anus' is exactly what would stick in my mind the next time I needed something for a pet.
I couldn't get it so did some research. People on R*ddit figured out it's supposed to be "Animal and us".
Where did the S for animals come from?
My research seemed to have stopped at the first comment. Fair point!
