With soaps and indeed many bases you also have to remember they are made to lower surface tension. Which means soap gets in smaller holes than plain water your water resistant phones were tested with. So very careful with the wetness if you use those.

Ironically enough union busting wasn't on the original list of their duties, so policing set up an unified front to get extra to for that duty, or companies hired third party mercenaries (who may be part moonlighting police) to do it or paid extra.

Of course eventually union busting was outright codified as police duty so workers would collectively pay for a pool of mercenaries any company can use to oppress them, much more efficient.
