We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.

Political opinions aren't protected speech in the states?
Almost nobody has protected speech from an employer. If you say or do something your employer doesn't like, they can usually out you.
1st amendment only applies to the government taking action.
They put it in the "that's unprofessional" box and call it a day
Protected from the government, and even then only if it doesn't cause too many waves with the oligarchs.
