I must be a reincarnation of this guy, cuz I'm literally working on a micro-book called, "Rationalized Malice: How Faulty Logic Justifies Harm."

The book won't be out for a while (I'm in uni and have some high-impact research projects coming up), but it'll be practical in that 80% of it will be what you can do, as an individual.

These are great suggestions! Already one step ahead of you - most are already on my to-do list as I work on more posts (I'm about 3 posts in now and should finish 2 of them by next week).

I am from the U.S. and am unfortunately not as knowledgeable about specific resources from other countries. However, most resources should be generalizable to everyone who has access to the internet.

I definitely encourage you and others to post whatever resources you do know! A community is stronger with input from everyone. ๐Ÿ˜Œ I'll continue working down my to-do list and posting what I know.

he evidence overwhelmingly says the same things will help someone with bi-polar disorders.

Can you provide a citation for this?

Since most of these are specifically for bipolar disorder, I'm wondering if it would serve others better if it was its own, separate post.

My rationale is that I don't want people who are seeking resources for bipolar disorder to not be able to find it because it's nested inside a thread about PTSD, and I don't want someone who is seeking resources for PTSD to get confused by resources for bipolar disorder.

Let me know what you think.

Thank you so much for all of this! ๐Ÿฅบ I'm so glad others are sharing resources, too.

Already ahead of you! My to-do list has weaker research on SAM-e + vitamin A, orange essential oils, etc.

Thank you so much for commenting this. I'm excited to see this community grow and thrive.

Oh my gosh, thank you so much. ๐Ÿฅบ If you know of any evidence-based mental health resources, I'll create a post of them.
