Granted. Linux Monthly now has a 20% share of the computer related magazine market, both subscription and newsstand. While most readers report buying it for the in-depth Linux news, many suspect they’re actually buying it for the centerfold. Surveys indicate 93% of Linux Monthly don’t know what Linux is. I will let your imagination run wild about the subject of the centerfold.
Of all the horrible things on your list this is the worst. If people can’t get insurance they can’t get a mortgage. People can’t buy a house without a mortgage. Housing prices will collapse. And do you know who’s going to buy them for pennies on the dollar? Corporations, private equity, and billionaires. The economy will do a repeat the 2008 mortgage crisis, millions in the middle class will find themselves poor, many will be homeless.
It’s also the one most likely to happen because it’s already started.
