It'd be cool except the non zero chance of catching a bullet just because I wanted to have benefits other people have for free.. and I know that I could be shot in civilian life too. But like, doesn't that just make it worse
At least it wasn't in the US. Calling the police on someone for anything has a non zero chance of just getting them straight up murdered. So i was happy to see it was in NZ lol

Luckily for us it's not just trees though of course. there's like 400 something trees per person though and many other plants and organisms that also help as carbon sinks. Grasses and other plants cover the ground and sink tons of CO2. It's pretty cool to look up how much CO2 capture per different organisms like an acre of grass etc.
Mechanical engineer is surely some good money. But from experience there's a big spectrum of pay depending on what her mother specifically did as a molecular biologist. Sounds really intense but biology pays pretty shit sometimes haha. I know molecular biologists with PhDs working for 16 an hour at a nonprofit near me.

Well more just the military in general. It's mostly just free college roulette. My uncle got free college but also he was almost blown up in a rocket attack. His friends from the same rocket attack didn't make it to college...
I mostly hear military people from where I am say "there is free education! You pansies just have to earn it" idk just seems problematic to me haha
