We have this at my local grocery store (Meijer) down in the states. You use the grocery store’s app and scan as you go then pay at a kiosk. There’s a scale at the kiosk to weigh produce or I think there’s an app for that too. No need to weigh the whole thing. It’s called “Shop & Scan”.

Started getting gout flares a few years ago even though I eat a mostly plant-based diet and slowed my drinking down. Finally got on Allopurinol this year and it has been a miracle! Gout pain is no fucking joke.
Going off memory, I think cocaine on its own really isn’t THAT bad as far as hard drugs go, but when combined with alcohol it metabolizes into “cocaethylene” which is highly toxic and basically shreds your heart.

I’d hate to defend this chucklefuck, but Payless is the name for some Kroger grocery stores in Indiana.
I did the combo on Saturday afternoon. Woke up Sunday with the chills, a pounding headache, and heavy fatigue that lasted for about 6 hours.
Happens every time I do the combo, but it’s worth it to knock ‘em both out and have the immunity.
