I mean I never used the term "Genocide Joe" it seemed a little silly, but I was and am a person who said that in good contious I could not suport Biden, or Harris who said the only difrence we would see is a republican in her cabinet. No where in here am I saying this is anything less than the same level of genocide... nor am I saying that this is not more blatent, but the reality is that it is not significantly worse than the previous, that was just constantly being bombed, and that was being enabled by Biden

Maybe just maybe they stopped complaining because there reason to complain is no longer there, and they are complaining with you that Trump is aiding in a genocide.

I mean I did not abstain, I voted PSL, however I would have abstained if PSL was not available in my state. I get its not the same thing, however half the time it is construed as the same, if you would like to talk about it.

Edit: I should mention for clarity, I was going to vote that day anyway because of a state constitutional amendment that I wanted to oppose, however I was going to abstain from POTUS elections if PSL was not on the ballot.

I am not saying it is not making a choice, it is making a choice, and with all choices it has consiquinces, what I am saying is that it is, by deffinition not the same choice as SUPPORTING trump. you can say the choice caused trump, you can say it enabled him, but deffinitionaly it is not the same as supporting him, as support is an afermitive thing, and the choices of not voting, voting 3rd party, and voting democrat all are not chosing to suport him

and why the fuck should we care about legality, in what way is legality equivilent to morality. If we let the law justify what is moral, then any time something works for labor, they can just make it illegal and therefor immoral

Legally the SCOTUS ruled that accepting a pardon is an admission of guilt
