Maybe those federal workers should use some of the other tools in their collective action toolbox.
In my setup I have my lights on chains that I can raise or lower. It's honestly a pain. I end up just slipping a couple 2x4 pieces under the trays rather than bothering to move the lights.

I did this a few years ago. Took the dandelion heads, removed the petals to like a paper towel, and put them in the fridge uncovered for a few days. While that was going on, I found a friend with a food dehydrator and borrowed it. Kept in a glass jar with a dessicant packet.
Or you can probably get by using a microwave like most herbs. Minute or so plus 15 sec bursts til dry and crumbly.
