Is there any party that is running with Electoral Reform as a main part of their platform right now?

Didn't he also win that fight?

Hope you are doing well! Thanks for being awesome!

If it hasn’t happened to you, it must not be happening at all. Guess we solved that problem.

It hasn't happened to me because I am not a Terrorist, or instigator, using the cause in bad faith.

There sure are a lot of people who weren't detained, harassed, investigated, or otherwise compared to the people who were wouldn't you say?

But please, go on. I could use more sass and less intelligence in my day.

The article clearly says that she traveled solo between these two communities “Qikiqtarjuaq to Pangnirtung”. A quick Google search will report that there were Inuit indigenous people living there for centuries. Do you think they traversed to each other by train during all this time? 😅

This is not a record of any other race of female crossing that area alone in the winter time.

Do you think people commonly traversed that terrain mid winter alone 5 centuries ago? The answer is "No", because that is suicide.

Besides, their own people who lives there confirms that this route has been used by many people before including women. Why would they lie? Guess they never really reported something like this to the park or government because why would they? It’s just their way of life.

Again, they aren't traveling alone in the middle of winter. Again, This is not a record of any other race of female crossing that area alone in the winter time.

Again, it isn't a way of life to do that. It would have been suicide.

I’m not saying she did it maliciously, and she apologised which is honourable but perhaps she didn’t really did her research about what she was getting into before doing the track.

She didn't report her own story to the editor of the BBC, and again, This is not a record of any other race of female crossing that area alone in the winter time.

Your behavior is very strange.

Please explain, how does the world actually work?

I have some free time while deep diving my riding's Liberal Candidate so don't feel rushed to respond.

Can you imagine how many votes a party could get if every single person who said "I don't want to burn my vote" voted how they wanted instead of being convinced to vote "strategically"?

I am critical of Israel on the daily and still have not been detained, harassed, investigated, or otherwise. I have been to protests in solidarity, I have written politicians. I have still never been detained, harassed, investigated, or otherwise.

Anyone stupid enough to enter the US right now gets what they deserve. If you have any reason to travel there, you really don't.

Personally I would prefer to get closer to Aus/NZ because we are similar in politics and culture, but Europe is nice too.

I keep hearing about this letter. Where can I read it?

The article itself is important because it is fucked up that BCUP kept taking donations long after they dropped out and the election was over, but it had a very interesting piece of information about the election overall that is buried in it.

Between Aug. 29 and Dec. 31, the B.C. Conservatives took in just under $3.93 million from 4,534 contributions, while the NDP received just over $3.93 million from 7,439 contributions.

Provincial political contributions in B.C. are capped at about $1,484 in 2025, up from just over $1,450 last year.

It is interesting that with the same limits, and about the same dollar amount donated, the BC conservatives hit $3.93 million with about 3,000 less donors.

Speaks volumes.

The question that I have not seen asked is why are these guns being destroyed?

I may be ignorant to some reason why it is not possible, but wouldn't the best idea be to buy back all of these weapons for use in the military?

I hear our military could use millions of guns and parts, and it would actually justify the cost of the program. It would also be a massive increase on military spending our allies have been asking for and that we are in serious need of.
