IMO it's not about miscarriage, but about a crudely drawn, supposedly funny webcomic about gaming trying (and failing) to be impactful and emotional.

It's actually 14, but only if the older one is younger than 21 or they aren't taking advantage of the younger ones lack of ability to make informed sexual decisions. If the older person has authority over the younger one (e.g. a teacher) the age of consent is 18.
However, I have to remind you that language is under constant development, and "paedophile" has long lost its original meaning. It now covers a much wider age range, although counting adolescents is a stretch.
In that case we need a new word for people who have the urge to have romantic and/or sexual relations with prepubescent children. Hopefully one with less of a stigma, so these people have an easier time to come out and seek mental treatment to prevent them from acting on their urges.
If it's only the launcher, maybe take a look at Legendary, a command line tool to download and lauch games from the epic store. If you don't want to bother with the command line, heroic launcher uses it and theres also a plugin for Playnite.

I get that young people are angry at german politics (and rightfully so). But at least we get to live in a mostly democratic, free country, where you can express that anger and not governed by a power hungry dictator that will have you prisoned and/or killed for criticising them. That alone seems worth defending for me.
It's not for me either, but i guess not being strung along by the main story line and instead being able to just go anywhere and do whatever is appealing to people who just want to immerse themselves in the games world.

I'd say it depends on whether or not the voice actor whose voice the AI is imitating has agreed and is fairly compensated.
I'm imagining a game, where instead of predefined dialog choices, you talk into your microphone and the game's AI generates the NPCs answer.
