China has been willing to do phone manufacturing FDI. India was planning massive solar factories and other manufacturing back when they had a US export market. China has the expertise to accelerate India's manufacturing for its market. China is certain to dominate all of Asia now, and get better cooperation.
The nuclear option on chips, is if NL, JPN, Taiwan repudiate US export controls that is inherently a colonial choice.

Philippines is more committed to war with China than Taiwan is. US has very firm puppet there, and they are choosing self destruction instead of trade with China. They just got rewarded with 17% US tariffs yesterday. Canada, as complete crackhead response to attack from US, made a defense pact with Philippines.

?? The bases were closed in 1991 or given to the Philippines and US troops returned to the Philippines due to China aggressions and talks of giving back some bases to the US for the same reason.
