And they probably cost $80 total, if that.

Wait Those games will be all supported on the switch 2

That’s kind of interesting

Considering that it won’t be wider than the current switch

[–] Cerothen@lemmy.ca 4 points 8 months ago (1 children)

Top be fair it is hardware that is 8 years newer than the first switch.

[–] BuboScandiacus@mander.xyz 2 points 8 months ago

Still impressive

... I'm struggling to understand what you mean by "wider". As in the physical size? It is slightly larger, but even so why is that a factor?

Yup sorry, what I meant was "thicker"

To fit in larger components, for exemple a bigger heatsink or fan

Is that on top mangohud? If yes, how can it be setup horizontally?

[–] IceVAN@beehaw.org 9 points 8 months ago* (last edited 8 months ago)

~/.config/MangoHud/MangoHud.conf

 ## UI
 position=top
 horizontal
 ...the rest of your config
[–] kugmo@sh.itjust.works 4 points 8 months ago

Add

legacy_layout=false

horizontal

to your Mangohud.conf

[–] Ulrich@feddit.org 4 points 8 months ago

You don't have to set it up. It's built in.

[–] Fubarberry@sopuli.xyz 4 points 8 months ago

Mangohud on the Deck has different layouts built in, the 3rd option iirc is horizontal. There's also a Decky plugin to let you create custom mangohud layouts from inside game mode.

[–] DonutsRMeh@lemmy.world 3 points 8 months ago

That's built into the software. It's on the right side menu

[–] burgersc12@mander.xyz 2 points 8 months ago

Goverlay is a good GUI for changing the mangohud config

If COD ever gets their heads out there ass and supports Linux it'll be over.
