Did you come back after the race to pick up the bits of jerseys, bits of bikes and bits of riders left all over the road (and hedges) in the last 5 km?
a little piece of Tim Merlier's skin to put in a frame
it's the nature of the sport (give it all to win) but it's also hard to watch all those riders injured and in pain every day
(I've watched it now while on rollers)
