My local F&V had budget rump steak, so we're having those with Nuka Cola BBQ sauce and steamed broccoli and other stuff.

Mixed veg stirfry, brown rice and a selection of dumplings.

Also potentially a ginger beer

Chipolatas with tomato+mushie+onion gravy with some rocket and pesto on the side (was fresh food shopping day today)

I actually have not really cooked chipolatas before (I am on an iron binge ATM). I like.

And a nice wine I bought yesterday but couldn't drink because it had a cork and somewhere in my recent moves I downsized myself out of a corkscrew. So had to buy one today..

I had an omelette with ham and capsicum and onion topped with a little melted cheese and some dried fruit and nuts for afters
