How long does it take to charge using only its solar?

It has 60kWh of storage and 2kW when folded in and 4kW when not.

So that would be ~15 hours with the panels fully deployed? Honestly not bad for a mobile solar setup.

That would be 15 hours under ideal sun to get the full 4kW, so it'd likely take 2 days to go from zero to full, perhaps a bit less if you optimized the angle of the panels to the sun.
