I sincerely, genuinely loathe Elon and everything he stands for, but the author is out over his skis here. I suspect he’ll be eating crow in the next few years.

He’s falling for the same fallacy that apparently every other journalist who doesn’t work for ars technica also falls for: that spacex is entirely Elon and not a bunch of well paid engineers who know what the fuck they are doing
