Lewis is familiarizing himself with Ferrari strategies - "big opportunity missed there.."

Such a pity :/

I swear the more chaotic a race gets, the more powerful Stroll becomes.

[โ€“] [email protected] 16 points 3 weeks ago

He himself is chaos and so he's in perfect harmony with his surroundings.

Really nice to see Anthony Hamilton console Hadjar. Sweet gesture.

An unfortunate incident, but he'll learn.

[โ€“] [email protected] 4 points 3 weeks ago

Anthony Hamilton is a 5 star human being

Lawson crash. Bortoletto out. Antonelli and Bearman are the only rookies left.

[โ€“] [email protected] 11 points 3 weeks ago

Surprised this Alonso fella hung in there for so long - not easy being a rookie in conditions like these.

[โ€“] [email protected] 15 points 3 weeks ago

That shot of the two McLarens sliding left and right while Max just drives through on the road lol

[โ€“] [email protected] 14 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

Is it time for the rookies to crash again?

[โ€“] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)
[โ€“] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

I admit, I did write this after I saw Bortoleto and Lawson crash and not before

Doohan ๐Ÿ˜ญ

Rookie massacre out there.

[โ€“] [email protected] 8 points 3 weeks ago

Sainz too omg????

[โ€“] [email protected] 9 points 3 weeks ago (7 children)

This might get a bit spicy. Probably not the conditions the rookies dreamt of, for their debut race.

[โ€“] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago

Omg

There goes VCARB's celebrations about him having the best quali out of all the rookies.

[โ€“] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (2 children)

I knew it was going to be brutal for the rookies, but man that sucks for Hadjar. I doubt it'll be the last rookie crashing out.

Bloodbath for the rookies

[โ€“] [email protected] 7 points 3 weeks ago (1 children)

If the rain hadn't hit the track it could have worked out for ferrari - to be fair Lewis was on the bad end of some bad Merc calls last season so hes probably used to it.

Looks like Ferrari and Redbull have a bit of catup to do. Antonelli did well.

Loud applause from the Aussies here as well for Oscar's move

[โ€“] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago

Fernando, the chad he is, taking his hands off the wheel when crashing.

So many drivers don't do that, and we saw with Ricciardo how it can end..

[โ€“] [email protected] 5 points 3 weeks ago* (last edited 3 weeks ago) (1 children)

Reflecting on the incident, having returned to the paddock on Friday night with his arm in a cast after a check-up in the local hospital, Ricciardo commented: โ€œI remember coming into Turn 3. I had already gotten into the corner and then saw Piastri, so it was either hit him or the wall.

โ€œWhen I hit the wall, I didnโ€™t have enough time to take my hands off the steering wheel, so the wheel came and hit my hand.โ€

"Hold position until you clear the backmarkers" is actually a fair demand imo
