George Clinton, of Parliament-Funkadelic, was nicknamed “Prez” by the band because he was “President of the no-pussy club”, on account of how he rarely got any chicks because they were weirded out by his psychedelic antics.

I think I can learn a lesson from this.

I listened to a book about the history of the number zero years ago. I thought it would be boring enough to fall asleep to. It fucking sounds boring. It still sounds boring, all these years later.

Either I’m a bigger nerd than I thought or the history of zero is actually super interesting and I’m super unsure which, tbh.

Why not both? 🤷‍♀️

Yeah that’s super fair. I mean I chose the book. 😅 and it was really interesting.

I had the same trouble with the Sagan cosmos series. That bastard was so boring to listen to but his content was so engaging I couldn’t sleep. I kept hearing it be interesting. Feynman lectures, too. So dull, but engaging.
