Anyone found a good source for policy summaries for all the minor parties and independents this year?

Haven't found anything that covers the upper house this time around.

Have you seen this? https://www.abc.net.au/news/elections/wa/2025/guide/legislative-council

Not a summary per se, but there's links to the party websites. You can also search for your lower house electorate and read the candidate info.

That's better than most of what I've come across. Lower house is easy enough for my seat but I'd prefer to vote for minor parties or independents who align with my views before the majors in the upper house.

So hard to find policy on that stuff.

I see there's a stop pedophiles protect kiddies grouping which nobody would be against but no party link, single issue and that's probably just a misleading name to hate on the LGBT+ community.

Wish more election funding went to providing voters with useful info instead of spamming the electorate with mugshot posters

Lol. The last thing the pollies want is an informed electorate.

The 2025 WA state election promises made by Labor, Liberal, Greens and Nationals, ABC, by Andrea Mayes.

Theres about 31 pages of election promises between the four Major parties at the moment.

I can summarize them for you:

  • Labor: Our policies suck!
  • Liberal: Our policies suck harder!
  • Greens: Our policies suck less on some things!
  • Everyone else: We are batshit craaaaaazyyyyy!

Generally yes, but occasionally there's other minors worth preferencing above the majors.

In this case it was just deciding how to preference the batshitters.
