Got given some pasta sauce prototypes they were experimenting with at work and decided not to run with. Paired one up with some standard issue ravioli. For dinner will probably be burritos or cheeseburgers.

I'm feeling the need for pumpkin soup. I know it's not the weather for it but I want it so nuur.

tonight is a small serve of spaghetti bolognese and a meal shake
some whole grain toast with tomato, shrimp salad, crudite with hummus
Sushi
Went to Fratellis for a family dinner and it was okay. Serving was big enough that I've got tomorrow's food as well!
