Hey folks,

Made a post yesterday on [email protected]

Here it is on our instance: https://lemmings.world/post/21083652

It shows up whether I'm logged in or not, but I was surprised to see it at +1 after a day - so I checked [email protected] , and it's missing from the New queue where I would expect to see it based on its position as seen on: https://lemmings.world/c/[email protected]

Thank you very much folks!

๐Ÿ’ญWonder how often this has happened to various Lemmings over the years... hopefully most folks know to try again somehow and don't think they're ignored! ๐Ÿ™‚

I see this sometimes. Usually I just unvote and revote my own post and it makes it federate.

LW is running quite an old version which I suspect is the cause. I've seen it between there and feddit.uk (I don't usually post from my lemmings world account).

That sadly happens from time to time. I federated the post manually, though I'm afraid that won't be much help as it's two days old now.

What @[email protected] said might help, any action on your post (comment, upvote, downvote etc.) causes a new federation and Lemmy automatically fetches the content that's being upvoted/commented etc. if it doesn't exist yet.
