Closest thing is something that requires effort that you find enjoyable or rewarding.

It's easier to not eat them in the first place. Why eat 2000 calories a day, and then go running for 2 hours to burn 1000 calories off? That's like filling up your tank and then doing extra work to burn them off. Just don't put them in at all.
